Bailey Coats is a 20 year old rising pop star and songwriter from Birmingham, Alabama, with a voice and style ready to captivate the hearts of millions globally.
While Bailey strives to be a positive inﬂuence on all ages both on and off the stage, she especially desires to be an empowering role model for young girls everywhere. Bailey has written many songs and each song reﬂects an emotion that she felt while working through her own personal struggles. Those emotions are real, raw, and honest and the sincerity of her music is felt in every live performance and in every song.
Bailey has played festivals, concerts, and music venues from California to Florida and has been interviewed on various radio stations, along with being featured in a variety of news and magazine articles across the south. In 2014, she wrote and released her ﬁrst EP and was later recognized as one of the ‘Top 8 Emerging Artists of 2015’ by Kings of A&R. At 17 years old, she placed in the International Songwriting Competition; a highly competitive songwriting contest with approximately 18,000 applicants worldwide.
In January of 2017, Bailey began working with vocal coach Robert “RAab” Stevenson who has worked with Justin Timberlake, Dave Matthews, Rihanna, Pharrell Williams, and many others. In April 2018, Bailey began working with Grammy-award winning producer Wirlie Morris and world renowned songwriter Traci Hale, on her latest EP. Bailey’s continued development is a testament to her work ethic and commitment to success, while also being enrolled at the University of Alabama on a full academic scholarship.
